Where Did That Polar Bear Come From?

Hey Everyone!

I want to start out by thanking Melinda from “Purple Slob In Recovery” for nominating me again for the “One Lovely Blog Award”. I won’t be posting it again since I just did one so recently. Please take the time to check out her blog, with the link above! 😀

I am supposed to be going to a Masonic meeting tonight, but we may be having our contractor back. Fingers crossed. If he does come I won’t be going to my meeting. I really hope he comes so I don’t ever have to see him again lol. It isn’t the best timing but when has he had the best timing? If he comes we will finally get the bottom trim put on, secure the counter top, and have the edges caulked. I hope when he comes he doesn’t somehow make a huge mess like he always does, but I can’t really count on that.

I need to find a good way to get a nice used vehicle. With my wife and I having a baby in May I’ll need something better. Here is what I have now:

I have it all painted with truck bed liner and I love it. It is a 2000 Chevy S10. The problem is that it is a 2-door and only have the side jumper style seats in the back. By our state law we have to be able to have rear facing car seats. So I have to find a way to get rid of that and get something more suitable.

Changing gears again, it has been another full day of translating data for scientific research. Here is an image of my left monitor today:

My PC has completed numerous tasks for SETI and I have gained credits for each task completed. I’m still not sure how to figure out if my data directly found anything of significance or not, but I’ll keep looking into that. I think that I have the computer processing end of it all figured out, so I don’t have lag while doing daily tasks at work. I’ll keep you posted when I know more.

Lastly, I was looking for a picture of my truck and found an old Gimp image I made haha. I hope you enjoy it like I do:

That is about it for today, I hope you all enjoy your hump day! I’ll be back again tomorrow, and I’ll see you then! 😀 😀
